Monday June 15th

Happy Magnificent Monday Morning Year 5,

Welcome to the 11th week of ISB Virtual School. We are hopefully now on our final few days of virtual school before we welcome you back onto campus. Can we remind you to please upload your math's work after marking it with the answers made available on the blog from 2pm onwards. A reminder there is an MFL takeover on a Friday along with a live lesson on a Tuesday at 11.10am. If you can, it is important you join the morning meetings with your class at 8am. It is a great way to ask any questions or talk to your classmates and a good way to start your day. The new blog codes are sent to you on seesaw along with the new zoom passwords for your class.

If you need clarification with absolutely anything please just email your class teacher during the hours of 7:25am- 1:45pm or message directly using Seesaw.

GEOGRAPHY

This week Year 5 your task is to make a list of everything your fairground will have in it. You have chosen your continent and within that continent you have chosen a country to build your fairground. The country you have chosen does not suffer from too many natural disasters, it has a moderate GDP and there are not a high number of fairgrounds there already, as we do not want too much competition right?

Now we are in the planning stages. Print out the worksheet and use all of your past experiences to start designing your very own fairground. Have it finished by next Monday as this is when the real fun starts. Upload the worksheet to your SeeSaw as you will need it for the next task, next week!
